About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team at United Living Group. As a key member of our project management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate traffic management requirements to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Liaise with local authorities and highway authorities to obtain necessary permits and approvals
  • Review and assess potential risks that could impact project timelines
  • Update internal trackers and schedules to ensure project progress is accurately reflected
  • Respond to permit modification queries and create daily whereabouts reports
  • Attend calls and meetings as required, and input site data into internal and client systems
  • Prepare and issue method statements, risk assessments, and health and safety packs
  • Raise purchase orders for approval and invoicing, and maintain accurate filing systems
  • Report on and instigate continuous improvement initiatives using KPIs
  • Liaise with staff, operatives, and customers effectively and with respect

Requirements

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Organized and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Attention to detail and good communication skills
  • Problem-solving skills and a positive outlook
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to develop and maintain customer and internal relationships
  • Experience in civils coordination, planning, and project management, with a good understanding of IT systems and tools
