South Staffordshire College is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Learning Support Worker to join our team at Futures, a specialist facility that provides a high-quality, fully inclusive learning environment for students with severe and complex learning difficulties and disabilities.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed individual who can work effectively and imaginatively to provide first-class support for students, developing their education, communication, social, emotional, and personal skills to assist with their preparation for adulthood.

The successful candidate will be a strong team player with a real desire to help young adults. Previous experience working in a range of settings supporting young people or adults with learning differences and/or disabilities, knowledge of SEND and the Education, Health and Care process will be an advantage.

What we offer
