About the Role

We are seeking two experienced Learning Support Assistants to join our team on a fixed-term basis. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about making a tangible impact on the lives of young people.

Key Responsibilities
  • To support students in developing independent learning skills and achieving their full potential.
  • To work closely with teachers and other support staff to identify and meet the needs of students with special educational needs (SEN).
  • To maintain accurate records and reports on student progress and attainment.
Requirements
  • A Level 2/3 qualification in Teaching Assisting or equivalent experience.
  • An understanding of a range of pupil's learning needs, including SEN needs.
  • The skills to help students develop independent learning skills.
