Salary: £25,183 - £26,409 per annum (FTE) or £18,836 - £19,753 actual salary

We are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Professional to join our team at The Rawlett School in Tamworth. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires someone who is passionate about education and committed to promoting academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To support students in improving their learning and attainment while promoting their independence, self-esteem, and social inclusion.
  • To work closely with teachers to provide classroom support and deliver targeted interventions for groups of children or individuals.

Requirements:

  • Motivation and enthusiasm to make a positive impact on student outcomes.
  • An understanding of pupil learning needs, including specific SEND requirements, to ensure effective support.
  • The skills to help students develop independent learning skills and promote a growth mindset.
  • A Level 2 qualification in a relevant subject is essential; a Level 3 qualification is advantageous.
