Support Learning Facilitator

A Teaching Assistant Professional is required to join our team at a specialist school in Tamworth, supporting students aged 11-16 years old with diverse learning needs.
This role involves providing tailored support to students, working closely with class teachers and teaching assistants to create a supportive learning environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Offering individualized support to students, enhancing their academic experience and overall well-being.
- Assisting teachers in delivering lesson plans and implementing strategies to support students with special educational needs.
- Maintaining a safe, organized, and inclusive classroom environment, promoting student engagement and social interaction.
Position Information:
Estimated Annual Salary: £29,000
Working Hours: 8.30am - 3.30pm, Term Time only (Monday - Friday)
