The estimated salary for this position is £22,500 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

We are currently seeking a dynamic and passionate Teaching Assistant to join one of our partner schools in Tamworth. This part-time role, initially 4 days a week with potential to progress to full-time, is available from January.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing one-on-one support to students with special educational needs
  • Assisting with the development and implementation of individualized education plans
  • Supporting students in their academic and social development
  • Collaborating with teachers and parents to ensure the best possible outcomes for students

This role requires a candidate with a passion for working with children and supporting their learning and development. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as knowledge of SEN and experience working with students with special educational needs.
