Overview: At Dovetail and Slate, we work in partnership with over 200 colleges across the UK to provide exceptional support services. We are currently seeking dedicated individuals with experience supporting learners or from a care background to fill exciting Learning Support Assistant opportunities.

About the Role: As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and lecturers to ensure inclusive practices for students with additional learning needs. Your responsibilities will include providing one-to-one and group support, safeguarding vulnerable learners, and collaborating with colleagues to create an optimal learning environment.

Salary and Benefits: The estimated salary for this role is £12-15 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. You will receive competitive hourly rates paid via PAYE/Umbrella arrangements, flexible working hours, and comprehensive training and guidance. Additional benefits include weekly pay, support from our experienced team, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' lives.

Requirements: To be successful as a Learning Support Assistant, you must have experience working with SEN children or young adults, or possess an extensive care background. Knowledge of additional learning needs and up-to-date safeguarding training are also essential. A DBS check (or willingness to obtain) is required.
