We are excited to announce a career progression opportunity for a Shared Registered Manager at Eden Futures. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to individuals with disabilities and mental health conditions.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage Service Delivery & Quality: Ensure the team delivers high-quality services that meet statutory, contractual, and organizational standards.
- Service Development: Identify opportunities for growth and development of the service, aligning with the company's vision.
- People Management & Leadership: Provide clear management and support to the local team, ensuring the highest quality of service delivery.
- Professional Development: Continuously develop as a professional, staying updated on new ideas and sector changes.
Requirements for the Registered Manager
- Prior experience in Supported Living or Residential services is desirable.
- Familiarity with CQC standards is essential.
- Experience working with adults with Learning Disabilities or Mental Health conditions is beneficial.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong leader who can set an example.

Salary Information
We estimate the salary for this position to be around £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
