Carers Service Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced service leader to join our team as a Service Manager.
**About the Role:**
The Service Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the operations of Staffordshire Together for Carers - All Age Carers Service. This will include managing staff, monitoring performance and quality, reporting, implementing policy and process, and stakeholder management.
**Key Skills and Qualifications:**
- Minimum two years' experience of managing a service, including staff management, supervision and support and being responsible for and working in partnership to meet contractual obligations.
- Experience of evaluating delivery, monitoring/analysing performance, creating reports and managing relationships with commissioners and managing budgets.
- A good working knowledge of social care and health, particularly as it relates to working with Carers and adults.
- Knowledge of legislation relevant to Carers.
The estimated salary for this role is £34,627.98 per annum, based on location and industry standards.
