">Job Overview:
">We are looking for an experienced Service Manager to lead our operations in Staffordshire County. This role involves overseeing staff management, performance monitoring, reporting, policy implementation, and stakeholder engagement.
">Main Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the overall performance of contracts, ensuring quality delivery and achievement of desired outcomes.">
- Work collaboratively with the Community Development & Partnership Officer to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, increasing awareness about caring and identifying hidden carers.">
- Act as the primary point of contact with commissioners, fostering relationships and preparing for contract review meetings.">
- Manage relationships with subcontracted partners, ensuring their performance meets the needs of carers.">
- Effectively manage budgets, monitoring expenditure against operational budgets.">
- Provide leadership and support to direct reports.">
Essential Qualifications:
">The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience in service management, including staff supervision and support, with a strong focus on working in partnership to achieve contractual objectives. Key skills include evaluating delivery, monitoring performance, creating reports, and managing relationships with stakeholders. A solid understanding of social care and health, particularly concerning carer support, is essential, along with knowledge of relevant legislation.
