We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Manager to join our team at Eden Futures. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in delivering exceptional support services to individuals with learning or physical disabilities, acquired brain injury, autism, or mental illness.

You will work closely with the Area Manager to support the day-to-day running of our services and provide leadership and guidance to Service Managers. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing Service Delivery & Quality: Ensure the day-to-day service provision fully complies with Eden philosophy, values, policies, and procedures.
  • Service Development: Continually seek out new opportunities for growth and development of the service while protecting and safeguarding the Company's values and culture.
  • People Management & Leadership: Provide clear and structured day-to-day management and support to the local team.
  • Collaborative Working: Lead the team in promoting an environment of collaborative working with other departments and agencies.

Salary and Benefits

Our salary range for this role is £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including:
