About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Assistant at Lidl in Deutschland. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and requests in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Efficiently manage stock deliveries, ensuring that products are accurately received and stored.
  • Proactively maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and product presentation to create an engaging shopping experience.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
