We're seeking a talented Real Estate Investment Specialist to join our successful Private Markets Investment Solutions Team. This exciting role will support senior team members in managing client relationships and driving business development within the real estate sector.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the management of existing client relationships, including attending meetings, responding to queries, producing presentations, and coordinating client interactions.
- Delivery of strategic new business projects, contributing to RFPs, and helping to coordinate client interactions.
- Helping to deliver business proposals and presentations to support new business initiatives.
- Collaborating with LGIM's product and distribution teams to contribute specialist knowledge for growth projects.
- Researching clients' current and future needs to inform new product development initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications include previous experience working in an investment management firm, proven ability to develop strong client relationships, and ideally, real estate or private markets experience and knowledge.
