Strategic Client Relationship Manager

About the Role:- Develop project and technology roadmaps to drive business growth and improve client satisfaction.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions.
- Monitor and analyze account performance to identify areas for improvement.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent time management and organizational skills. Experience with ITIL processes and practices is highly desirable, as well as proficiency in Microsoft 365 and other collaboration tools.
Benefits:- A generous estimated salary of £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
