About the Role:
  • Develop project and technology roadmaps to drive business growth and improve client satisfaction.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions.
  • Monitor and analyze account performance to identify areas for improvement.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent time management and organizational skills. Experience with ITIL processes and practices is highly desirable, as well as proficiency in Microsoft 365 and other collaboration tools.
