The Ashbury team is seeking a skilled Global Trade Product Specialist to fill a 5-month fixed-term contract role. This position plays a vital part in enabling a prominent UK retailer to successfully market their own brand products globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Access and download product specifications from the retailer's system, ensuring accurate documentation for export purposes.
  2. Organize and share relevant files with the export company via a designated folder.
  3. Locate and retrieve specific attachments related to each product, then upload them to the shared folder for further processing.
  4. Add product information to a dedicated tracker, guaranteeing timely completion of monthly tasks.
  5. Frequent communication with stakeholders is essential to ensure project progress and delivery.
