About the Role:
Lyle & Scott is seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce Trader to join our team in Trade Optimization. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional to take on a challenging role that requires expertise in onsite trading, product merchandising, and customer journey optimization. If you have a passion for driving sales and increasing conversion rates on a global e-commerce site, this could be the perfect fit.

Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing onsite trading, sales, and margin, as well as working closely with the merchandising and commercial teams to develop online trading strategies and propose solutions. They will also analyze sales and margin, creating reports to support actions, and collaborate with stakeholders to execute trading calendars. Additionally, they will ensure onsite content plans align with marketing calendars, submit and lead promotional plans, and conduct product analyses in key markets.

Requirements and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need strong retail and fashion experience, expert knowledge of product performance and merchandising practices, and at least 4 years of experience in e-commerce or trading. Experience working with Shopify+ is preferred, as is an understanding of seasonal calendars and product launches. You will also need strong Excel skills and the ability to manage stakeholders effectively. Adaptability to changing commercial forces is essential.

What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including a holiday purchase scheme, flexible working hours, and a generous staff discount and sample sales program.
