Our client, a leading commodities trading house, seeks an experienced Trade Finance Officer to support their expanding business in the Oil sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the financing of trades and ensure timely execution of transactions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Analyzing financial data to optimize trade finance operations and mitigate risk.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and partners.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in a financial role within a commodities trading house in Trade Finance.
  • Degree-level education in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with treasury and liquidity management.
  • Data management or programming skills would be advantageous.

Salary: Estimated annual salary is £60,000 - £80,000 depending on location and experience.
