Business Development Specialist

John Williams Recruitment is seeking an experienced Business Development Specialist to handle SME insurance business in the Essex area. As an Account Handler, you will provide day-to-day servicing and administration for commercial clients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical accuracy and cost-effectiveness in accordance with company procedures
- Answer telephone calls in a polite and professional manner, gathering relevant information from customers and entering it into computer systems
- Complete associated postal work and correspondence in an accurate and timely manner
- Manage and administer various aspects of business, including Private Car, Commercial Vehicle, Home Insurance, and Small Commercial Business
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Polite telephone manner
- Confident with MS Office packages, Acturis, and OGi system
- Ability to identify new business opportunities and progress to a sale or forward to appropriate staff members
£35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience
