Job Description

We are seeking a Leadership and Development Specialist to join our team at Morgan Sindall Property Services. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve team performance and drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a trade background, preferably with knowledge of damp and mould, and excellent leadership and development skills.

You will work closely with the team to develop and implement plans to improve service standards, increase productivity, and enhance customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Salary and Benefits:
