About the Role
The Recruitment Group Careers is seeking an experienced Administrator to join our Facilities team in Central Oxford. As our ideal candidate, you will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities
Your duties will include managing facilities-related issues, welcoming visitors, conducting regular inspections, processing deliveries, arranging repairs, and maintaining accurate records. You will also work closely with the H&S Manager to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.

Requirements
To excel in this position, you should have a solid understanding of facilities management principles, administrative experience, and excellent communication skills. A certificate in facilities management or a related field would be an asset, but not mandatory.

What We Offer
We provide a competitive salary, estimated at £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including 25 days' holiday, a holiday buy and sell scheme, enhanced MAT & PAT, life assurance, and salary sacrifice opportunities.
