Job Description
  • Support the office administration, including answering queries and resolving issues.
  • Manage the credit control process, including chasing payments and reconciling accounts.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to telephone calls and emails from clients and colleagues.
  • Work closely with the finance team to ensure the smooth operation of our business.
