Business Administration Officer

CV-Library in Carterton is looking for a reliable Business Administration Officer to join their team.

The role involves a range of administrative tasks, including sorting and distributing mail, photocopying, filing, posting or proof-reading data, and answering telephone calls and relaying messages. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for collating and analysing complex information or data, submitting results in a written report, overseeing administrative procedures and processes, and assisting with budget preparation and control, if required.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Managing administrative tasks, including mail sorting and distribution, photocopying, filing, posting or proof-reading data
  • Providing administrative support by answering telephone calls and relaying messages
  • Analysing complex information or data, submitting results in a written report
  • Coordinating administrative procedures and processes

Qualifications and Skills:

  • GCSEs at Grade C or above or equivalent
  • NVQ Business Administration level 1 (or suitable administrative experience)
  • Microsoft Office skills
  • Effective communication skills, both oral and written

Working Hours: 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Salary: £9.90 per hour (£99 per day), approximately £19,656 per annum, based on 30 hours per week and 52 weeks per year.
