In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • To provide exceptional support as the face of the company, delivering a warm welcome to visitors and colleagues.
  • To oversee all aspects of administration, secretarial, and office management tasks with precision and accuracy.
  • To ensure timely delivery of end-of-month financial information and expenses reconciliation.
  • To promote and maintain a professional office environment through collaborative efforts.
  • To work closely with immediate team members, colleagues, and external stakeholders to achieve company goals.

Key requirements for this role include:

  • A minimum of some experience in administration within a professional office setting.
  • Demonstrated exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multitask, think critically, and work with pace and accuracy.
  • A self-starting individual with a natural curiosity to learn and grow, capable of working independently.
  • Natural communication skills with emotional intelligence when interacting with diverse individuals and clients.

This is a full-time opportunity with a hybrid setup requiring Mondays and Fridays in the office. The estimated salary for this role is £26,000 per annum, pro-rated based on working hours, with potential bonuses and an excellent pension scheme.
