About the Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to take on the role of USS Pensions Manager and lead our team in managing the administration of our USS pension scheme.

As a Pension Administration Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, delivering high-quality service to members, and implementing strategic improvements to processes and systems.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in pension administration and a strong background in HMRC regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the administration of the University's USS pension scheme
  • Lead a specialist team to provide expert guidance on USS scheme rules and pension legislation
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders and represent the University in external advisory panels
