Senior Pension Administrator

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to manage the administration of our USS pension scheme.
As USS Pensions Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, delivering high-quality service to members, and implementing strategic improvements to processes and systems.
You will lead a specialist team to provide expert guidance on USS scheme rules and pension legislation, represent the University in external advisory panels, and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have a professional pensions qualification or equivalent experience, expertise in pension administration and HMRC regulations, and strong customer service focus and communication skills.
Salary: £48,235 - £57,255 per annum (discretionary range up to £62,407)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the administration of the University's USS pension scheme
- Lead a specialist team to provide expert guidance on USS scheme rules and pension legislation
- Represent the University in external advisory panels and collaborate with senior stakeholders
