Customer Project Administrator

Schmidt Showroom Administrators play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our showrooms and delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for administering the customer journey and ensuring timely project delivery.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting designers during the customer sales journey, providing guidance on supplier lead times, delivery planning, and installation team coordination.
- Liaising with suppliers, logistics, and installation partners to facilitate project administration and ensure seamless communication.
- Developing and implementing internal systems and processes, monitoring compliance with organisational procedures, and driving profitability in the showroom.

We offer a competitive salary of £32,000-£38,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including competitive holiday allowance, pension scheme, and professional training opportunities.
