About the Job

Gleeds Corporate Services Ltd is a leading global construction consultancy seeking a skilled Construction Project Economist to join our Oxford office. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with Business Unit Directors to deliver business objectives and manage projects to deliver high-quality services and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering high-quality cost management services and ensuring that deliverables meet customers' requirements.
  • Managing projects to deliver high-quality services and deliverables in accordance with business procedures.
  • Cost planning and benchmarking.
  • Settling final accounts.
  • Providing technical advice on legal and contractual issues relating to construction projects.
  • Administrating contracts as Contract Administrator or Employer's Agent.
  • Actively identifying new business development opportunities and driving growth across the business units' activities.

Salaries are competitive, ranging between £60,000 - £80,000 per annum depending on experience, and we offer a comprehensive benefits package including a contributory pension scheme and Employee Assistance Programme.
