Job Title: Construction Project Inspector
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Inspector to join our team at Maxim Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that construction projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect the progress of construction projects
- Evaluate contractors' work against specifications, plans, and building regulations
- Prepare and submit detailed reports on site inspections, including photographic evidence
Requirements:
- Degree in a relevant field (construction, engineering, or project management)
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of building regulations and construction technology
- Excellent organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience
