As a Construction Project Leader, you will have overall responsibility for a specific site, overseeing the safe and efficient operation of the site throughout the construction phases. You will lead the construction team and manage the development of the site, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Leading the construction team, including engineers, management, and subcontractors, in the execution of site activities and tasks.
  2. Developing and implementing project plans, ensuring timely completion and quality standards are met.
  3. Ensuring compliance with HSEQS protocols and maintaining quality control procedures at all times.
  4. Collaborating with stakeholders, including clients and project managers, to ensure project objectives are met.
