Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join J3A Recruitment in the Thames Water Framework. The successful candidate will have excellent project management skills, with a strong analytical and problem-solving focus.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile projects and contribute to the company's success in AMP 8. As a Project Manager at J3A Recruitment, you will be responsible for overseeing the management and delivery of single complex projects or packages of projects under the Thames Water Framework.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage health and safety, design, customer relations, quality, environmental, programme, and cost/value during pre-production and production phases.
  • Monitor progress against deadlines and budget limitations for offsite and onsite operations.
Requirements:
  • Proven project management skills with excellent people management abilities and strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational capabilities.
  • Experience in pre-production and production project management in a major project environment (desirable).
  • Contract administration experience (desirable).
  • Strong programme focus with ability to plan and organise resources to deliver on time and in full.
  • Commercially astute with ability to lead team members in producing accurate time and cost forecasts and reports.
  • Minimum HNC qualification in manufacturing/construction subject (desirable).
  • SMSTS safety qualification and relevant CSCS card (desirable).
  • Experience in a similar role within the Water Industry (ideally).
