Agricultural Project Lead

We are seeking a skilled Scientific Project Manager to join our team in Oxford. This is an exciting opportunity to lead projects and programs in the discovery of new modes of action.
The successful candidate will work closely with a team of scientists to deliver projects on time and within budget. The role involves managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring effective communication and coordination among team members.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources effectively
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project delivery meets expectations
- Maintain open communication channels with stakeholders, including team members, sponsors, and clients
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Life Sciences, Biology, or Plant Science
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in a commercial setting
- Familiarity with the Pharmaceutical or Agricultural science industry
- Prince2 certification is advantageous
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range: £55,000 - £70,000 per annum
