About the RoleThis Senior Social Worker position requires a skilled professional who can provide leadership in complex case scenarios, ensuring thorough assessment and support planning.
- You will create detailed written and verbal reports, analysing complex evidence to inform decision-making.
- You will work closely with service users to develop tailored support plans, addressing their specific needs.
- You will take a leading role in adult safeguarding investigations, bringing expertise to inform safeguarding processes and policy.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A professional Social Work qualification or equivalent.
- Expertise in adult safeguarding, including investigation and policy development.
