Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Care Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will have a passion for working with young adults with special needs and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily living tasks such as personal care and meal preparation.
  • Motivate and support students to engage in learning activities and promote positive behaviour.
  • Work collaboratively with teaching staff to develop and implement individualised plans for each student.
  • Provide administrative support as required.
