Complex Complaint Resolution Manager

At Vodafone UK, we're committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Complex Complaint Resolution Manager, you'll play a critical role in resolving complex customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and resolve complex customer complaints, utilizing your natural curiosity and tenacity to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including General Management Team members, media relations, and regulatory bodies, to ensure successful complaint resolution.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Vodafone UK's products and services, as well as relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve complaint resolution processes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in complaint handling, ideally within a regulated sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement effective solutions.
  • Knowledge of FCA and Ofcom regulations, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical context.
