Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Brand Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Category Development and Shopper Marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing brand marketing plans that drive sales and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement brand marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class activation plans for our retail customers.
  • Measure and evaluate customer activation spend to ensure positive ROI.
  • Support the procurement process and manage POs in a timely manner.
  • Develop toolkits and activation ideas for customer activation plans.
  • Interpret shopper insight data to inform marketing and customer strategies.
  • Lead the planning of annual Customer Brand Planning days.

Requirements:

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent with a minimum of 4 years experience in an FMCG sales, marketing, activation, or shopper marketing role.
  • FMCG market knowledge.
  • Ability to identify insights across multiple data sources.
  • Financial acumen: able to build and track simple P&L's and to manage and track budgets with strong forecast accuracy.
  • Good Excel and PowerPoint skills.
