Job Title: Brand Manager or Senior Brand Manager

AbbVie is seeking a highly skilled Brand Manager or Senior Brand Manager to join our Eyecare team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive growth and preserve the sight of people living with Ophthalmology conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to position our product for continued growth
  • Work in a matrix environment to develop powerful marketing strategies and secure buy-in from the leadership team
  • Lead tactical implementation of marketing strategies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution
  • Innovate and execute a strong omni-channel management plan to influence key stakeholder behavior and manage External Expert relationships
  • Develop customer engagement strategies and lead agency relationships to deliver projects on time and budget
  • Drive compliance with all communications and initiatives
Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of success in Marketing and Pharmaceutical Sales
  • Experience in developing and implementing innovative marketing tactics
  • Relevant Brand Manager experience or broad marketing experience, including insights-based marketing strategies and effective marketing tactics with measurable success
  • Science/Life Science Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
  • Additional marketing qualifications an advantage
