Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Advisor to join our team on a 9-month fixed term contract basis. As an HR Advisor, you will provide essential support to our Human Resources department, working closely with our healthcare organization in Reading.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing HR advice and support to our healthcare team
  • Implementing and monitoring HR policies and procedures
  • Managing employee relations and resolving HR issues
  • Supporting the HR department in all HR-related activities
  • Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
  • Contributing to the development of our HR strategy
  • Participating in HR projects and initiatives
  • Collaborating with the HR team to improve HR processes and practices

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Experience in an HR role, preferably within the healthcare industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices
  • Proficiency in HR systems and databases
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
  • A proactive approach and the ability to work independently
  • A team player attitude with a commitment to supporting colleagues
