**Job Summary**

Charalle Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team as an HR Advisor. As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting the HR Team in providing professional advice and guidance to partners and managers on all human resources issues.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • **Employee Relations**: Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, including discipline, grievance, performance management, absence management, restructures, and employment termination.
  • **Employment Legislation**: Apply employment legislation to avoid potential litigation and ensure compliance with firm policies and contractual terms and conditions.
  • **Local Facilitation**: Facilitate local salary review processes, interpret benefits, and apply firm policies and contractual terms and conditions.
  • **Initiative Promotion**: Promote and implement new initiatives and changes within the firm or the wider arena of HR.
  • **Exit Interview Analysis**: Analyze exit interview data to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations.
  • **Self-Service Implementation**: Support the implementation of self-service in the business for transactional HR activities.
  • **Collaboration**: Collaborate with other HR colleagues in the generalist team and subject matter experts.
  • **Project Involvement**: Participate in HR projects and new initiatives, and undertake other relevant activities as reasonably requested.

**Ideal Candidate Profile**

  • **Previous HR Experience**: Proven experience as an HR Generalist, with a good understanding of employment legislation.
  • **Employee Relations Expertise**: Direct experience of advising on performance, disciplinary, grievance, absence management, and general employee relations issues, including termination of employment.
  • **Stakeholder Management**: Proven ability to build effective relationships with internal stakeholders and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • **CIPD Qualification**: Part or full CIPD qualification is desirable.
