We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced HR professional with a track record as an HR advisor or Business Partner level in a professional environment. You will have a strong understanding of HR best practice and applying employment law principles.
- Ability to build strong relationships, providing professional HR guidance and insight on all people and culture matters
- Proficiency in all HR work, including advising on Flexible Working Requests, Grievances, Disciplinary matters, dealing with sickness absence, adjustments, etc.
- Ability to develop L&D concepts, plans, and initiatives with a vision of continuous professional development
- Engagement with professionals, many of whom are subject matter experts, across a wide range of people and culture topics
