Key Responsibilities:
- HR Data Management: Ensure accurate and timely management of HR data, including onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current employment law and regulations, and ensure that operational processes, procedures, and policies are aligned with these requirements.
- Payroll Data Preparation and Auditing: Prepare and audit payroll data to ensure accuracy and compliance with payment regulations.
- Employee Relations: Partner with HR Business Partners and support with employee relations tasks to provide a seamless HR experience.
- Basic Employee Relations Issues: Support employees with basic HR-related issues, providing guidance and resolution as needed.
Requirements:
- Local Laws and Regulations: Familiarity with local laws, regulations, and human resources market environment in the UK.
- Data Processing: Enjoyment of data processing tasks.
- Time-Planning and Multi-Tasking: Exceptional time-planning and multi-tasking skills.
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Communication Skills: Patience, empathy, and passion for helping people.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English; Chinese languages are preferred.
- Software Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office.
