  • Provide pragmatic advice on employment legislation to minimize potential litigation.
  • Facilitate salary review processes, benefits administration, and policy interpretation.
  • Develop and implement new HR initiatives and changes to improve employee engagement and productivity.
  • Analyze exit interview data to identify areas for improvement and recommend changes.
  • Support the implementation of self-service HR systems for transactional activities.
  • Collaborate with other HR colleagues to achieve business objectives.
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives to drive business growth.

**Requirements**

  • Previous experience as an HR generalist with a strong understanding of employment legislation.
  • Proven track record of advising on performance, disciplinary, grievance, and absence management issues.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build effective relationships with internal clients.
  • Part or full CIPD qualification is desirable.

**Working Arrangements**

This is a permanent position with a minimum of 2 days per week working from the office.

**Salary**

The salary for this role is £41,000 - £45,000 per annum.
