Job Title: Partnerships Manager

We are seeking an experienced Partnerships Manager to join our team at HARP. As a key member of our sales and partnerships team, you will be responsible for identifying and growing market share, increasing client retention targets, and developing strong relationships with existing and new clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, client retention rates, and market share
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to secure new clients
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales and partnerships, with a strong track record of success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
