Reliability Solutions Engineer

We are recruiting for a Maintenance & Reliability Solutions Engineer to deliver engineering solutions that maximise productivity, reliability, innovation and quality in our business.
Job Description:- Deliver maintenance & reliability solutions across the full engineering lifecycle.
- Lead/participate in failure mode effects analysis of critical assets and key systems.
- Lead/participate in root cause analysis techniques.
- Effective stakeholder management to drive improvements across the function.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings, efficiency and business improvement.
- Expand own engineering skills and experience relevant to the engineering domain.
- Use KPI's to ensure work remains on track and performance is measured.
Requirements:
- A recognised Engineering-related qualification (NVQ level 4/HNC ideal) and a strong maintenance engineering background.
- The ability to solve technical problems and make necessary decisions to rectify.
- Ability to communicate and present reports with others on technical requirements and modifications.
- Knowledge and experience of Computerised Maintenance Management Systems would be highly beneficial.

Security Clearance: Candidates must be willing and able to obtain and maintain the necessary security clearance for the role and be willing and able to work in designated areas.
Salary: £37,860 - £52,000 per annum.
