Job Summary

We are recruiting for a highly experienced and skilled Team Manager to lead our Autism Specialist Outreach Service in London E17. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about working with adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs, and has a proven track record of delivering high-quality care and support.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of professionals providing support to individuals with autism and complex needs, and will work closely with colleagues to develop and implement care plans. They will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service to individuals, families, and colleagues.
