Join our team as a Behaviour Support Specialist and make a real difference in the lives of students with SEMH and ASD needs. As a Behaviour Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing one-to-one support to students and developing and implementing individualized behaviour management plans.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of SEMH and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and will be adept at managing and improving challenging behaviours. This role involves working on a one-to-one basis and providing outreach support to students in various settings, including their homes and community environments.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-to-one mentoring and support to students with SEMH and ASD needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized behaviour management plans.
  • Conduct outreach visits to support students in various settings.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external professionals to monitor and review students' progress.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have experience supporting children with behavioural SEN, including SEMH, ASD, ADHD, and ODD. A background in education or a related field is also essential. In addition, the successful candidate will be proficient in developing and implementing behaviour management plans and conducting outreach visits in various settings.

Salary: £85-£100 per day.
