We are seeking a highly skilled Public Health Coach to join our team in Walsall. As a key member of our outreach team, you will work closely with individuals and communities to empower them to take control of their health and wellbeing.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Deliver face-to-face, telephonic, and digital health coaching support to individuals from a wide range of community and healthcare settings.
- Facilitate people in establishing and attaining health-promoting goals, focusing on lifestyle behaviour change, including healthy eating, physical activity, and weight management.
- Work in line with business and contract performance requirements, implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and fulfilling policies and quality management framework expectations.

Requirements
