About the Role:Milk Education is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Behaviour Coach to support children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in Surrey.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to make a positive impact on the lives of children with challenging behaviours. As a Behaviour Coach, you will work closely with teachers and other professionals to develop strategies to support students with SEN.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting children with challenging behaviours in a SEN setting
- Working closely with teachers to develop behaviour plans and strategies
- Providing one-to-one and small group support to students with SEN
Requirements:
- Experience working with children with SEN and challenging behaviours
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents
