About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Team Lead to join their Autism Specialist Outreach Service in London E17. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate professional to make a real difference in the lives of adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in delivering high-quality support services to individuals with autism and complex needs. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working in adult social care, specifically in managing teams and developing service delivery strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of professionals in delivering support services to adults with autism and complex needs
  • Develop and implement service delivery strategies to improve outcomes for service users
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Extensive experience working in adult social care, specifically in managing teams and developing service delivery strategies
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and service users
