We are seeking a highly analytical individual to join our Finance team at Mediq UK as a Commercial FPA Partner. This role will support the Commercial Finance Manager in achieving financial reporting and commercial analysis goals.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Reporting: Assist in the accurate production of financial reports and month-end close, including daily sales and margin reporting.
- Commercial Analysis: Provide commercial sales data, reports, and customer-specific analysis to support business decisions.
- Activity-Based Costing: Maintain and develop the Activity-Based Costing model to optimize business performance.
- Contract Management: Collaborate with suppliers to manage contracts and procurement processes.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis metrics to support business insights.
- Forecasting: Assist in monthly sales and margin forecasting requirements.
- Annual Budget: Support the annual budget process and ensure accurate financial planning.
- Customer Support: Work with credit control and customer services to resolve invoice queries and correct billings.
- Ad-Hoc Reporting: Provide support to other functions with ad-hoc reporting requirements.
- High Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to identify key findings and present business performance insights.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively present data and insights.
- IT and Data Skills: Strong IT, data, and critical analysis skills to work with financial data and systems.
