We are looking for a driven and motivated Key Accounts Coordinator to join a well-established and very successful brand to provide outstanding customer service to their large retail accounts.

This company sells their award-winning products to leading retailers both here in the UK and globally, and are market leaders in their field. As an Accounts Coordinator, you’ll be a crucial part of this companys’ customer service team, working closely with their major retail accounts.

The role would suit a recent graduate who is looking to develop their career in a customer service role within a commercial business environment.

**Customer Account Coordinator role include**:

- being the first point of contact for retailer accounts, answering calls, and swiftly resolving any queries
- Creating trade customer quotes and raising sales orders
- Tracking stock and deliveries, ensuring all projects are on-track and in line with agreed dates, flagging any issues with the relevant teams internally
- Assisting with contract negotiation, relationship development & management of all distributor partners.
- Providing administrative support to the sales director including analysing figures and providing reports.
- Previous experience within a B2B Customer Service role
- Have a curious mindset - taking the initiative, working independently, and looking at ways to improve and streamline processes and ways to improve service to customers
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to form excellent working relationships both internally and externally, domestic and oversees
- Flexible, driven and highly organised
- Brilliant multi-tasker with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
